1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kw77.club ("kw77," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the kw77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and related services accessible through kw77.club and any associated mobile interface.

Your continued use of the kw77 platform following registration, deposit, or gameplay constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. Where any game-specific rules or promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific document shall prevail in relation to the subject matter of that conflict only.

2. Eligibility

To open an account and use the kw77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the legal minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 under applicable PAGCOR regulations. kw77 strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of kw77 or any of its affiliated game suppliers, unless explicitly permitted in writing by kw77 management.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by kw77 or any PAGCOR-recognized exclusion program.
• You must not be accessing the platform on behalf of any third party for the purpose of gambling.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) kw77 account. Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein. kw77 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to notify kw77 promptly of any changes to your registration information, particularly your email address and mobile number, as these are used for account security and payment verification purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kw77 Login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. kw77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify kw77 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. kw77 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kw77 operates under PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, Passport, UMID, or Driver's License), proof of address, and payment method verification — before a withdrawal is processed. kw77 may withhold withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kw77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits are credited to your kw77 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. kw77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, including GCash or PayMaya system maintenance windows.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of any applicable KYC verification, (b) satisfaction of any bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in your account, and (c) a minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the cashier.

kw77 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya accounts registered in the player's own name within a target processing time of under 5 minutes for standard amounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day. kw77 reserves the right to extend processing times for large withdrawals or where additional verification is required.

Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback against a kw77 deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kw77 will pursue all available legal remedies in such cases and will report the incident to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine financial authorities where applicable.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kw77 are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which supplement and may modify these general Terms. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called "playthrough") before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's terms.
• kw77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are not transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to exploiting low house-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or coordinating bonus abuse with other players — will result in confiscation of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the kw77 platform operate according to the rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a live game or slot spin, kw77 will review the incident using its game logs and, where possible, restore the correct result. Where the correct result cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. kw77's decision in such matters is final.

kw77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction. A bet placed using an obviously erroneous odds or payout display (a "palpable error") may be cancelled at kw77's discretion, with stakes returned to the player.

7. Responsible Gaming

kw77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The platform provides players with the following tools, accessible from the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss amounts per session or per defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on continuous play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the kw77 platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and may be extended. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kw77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploit must be reported to kw77 support immediately.
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant Philippine anti-money laundering authorities (AMLC) as required by RA 9160 as amended.
• Opening accounts using false or stolen identity documents.
• Conducting any commercial activity on the platform, including unauthorized promotion, advertising, or affiliate activity outside of kw77's official affiliate program.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kw77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kw77 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, and page layouts — is the property of kw77 or its licensed game providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kw77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of kw77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kw77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

kw77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kw77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

11. Account Termination

kw77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Compliance with a PAGCOR directive, court order, or regulatory requirement.
• Detection of a self-excluded player attempting to circumvent their exclusion.

Upon lawful account closure, any balance remaining in your kw77 wallet after satisfaction of outstanding obligations will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

Players may voluntarily close their kw77 account at any time by submitting a written request to support via live chat or email, provided there are no pending transactions or outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to kw77's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint via live chat or support email, following which kw77 undertakes to provide a written response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the matter. kw77 submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

kw77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kw77 will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by PAGCOR regulations, players may also be notified by email.

Your continued use of the kw77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
